Meeting Schedule: The Council meets 5-6 times a year. The executive committee and working committees meet as necessary. Meetings are held in the conference room at the USDA Service center in Presque Isle, Maine.
Council Projects: Technical assistance for the development of Community Wind (locally owned) wind farms; utilization of woody biomass for energy and heat production.
